Before you open or after you close
Your clean happens when the building is empty. Pick an early slot so the practice is ready for the first patient, or an evening slot after the last client leaves, and that slot is yours on the same days every week.
The same named cleaner comes each time. A second named person, already shown round your building, covers holidays and sickness, so your keys only ever pass between two people you know by name.
Keys and the alarm are handled to your instructions, and each step is logged: key collected, alarm unset, alarm set, door locked, key returned. If you ever want to know who was in the building on a given night, the answer is in the report.
