Three ways we manage your home

Each one is booked around your dates and ends the same way: a dated photo record of your home, sent to you the same day. We work alongside your lawyer, your agent and your management company.

When you get the keys

Handover Day

For buyers who cannot be in Cyprus on the day the developer hands over the keys.

  • We attend the handover, or receive or collect your keys on the agreed day, as you, your lawyer and the developer arrange it.
  • We walk round the finished property and photograph every room with the date, with the water and electricity meters photographed with their readings, sent to you the same day.
  • The builders' clean, photographed when finished.
  • Your keys held on an anonymous numbered tag, under our written Keyholding Protocol.
  • Optional: your first month of Asset Guard, with the handover record as your baseline visit.

We photograph and record what we see. Snag lists and technical checks are work for an engineer: if you want one, we introduce a specialist who acts for you.

Can you collect my keys if I cannot be in Cyprus for the handover?

Yes. With Handover Day we attend on the agreed day, or receive or collect the keys as you, your lawyer and the developer arrange it. We photograph every room and both meters with the date, send you the record the same day, and hold your keys on an anonymous numbered tag. We record what we find; your lawyer or engineer advises.

Can I book just the months I am back home?

Yes, that is how it works. You book only the months you are back home: a close up clean when you leave, Asset Guard visits while you are gone (every room photographed with the date, the water meter read, the report the same day, anything urgent phoned through) and an arrival clean before you are back. We quote per home after a short conversation: tell us the town, house or apartment, and the number of bedrooms, and we reply the same day.
