From completion to keys, in four steps
- Before handover: the builders clean. Every unit cleaned to the same finish, unit after unit, with the dust removed from fittings, frames, glass and floors. Stairwells, lifts, entrances and parking brought up at the same time. Scheduled around your programme.
- Handover day: the handover record, included. Every room photographed with the date and time, the water meter read, and the condition recorded exactly as found. The buyer receives the record the same day. With the buyer’s agreement, your after-sales team gets a copy too, a dated record of each unit at the moment the keys changed hands.
- Moving in: the arrival clean. For buyers moving in or letting from day one, the home is cleaned and ready before they land.
- After handover: care while they are away. Many buyers return home after completion. Our Asset Guard visits keep a dated record of the home every month while they are gone.
What it means for your after-sales team
- One point of contact for every unit in the building, in English or Polish
- A dated photo record of each unit as handed over, so the condition on the day is on record
- Buyers abroad have someone local from the first day
- Builders cleans quoted to you per building. Services for buyers are booked and paid by the buyer
- A card for each buyer’s handover folder, if you would like one
Once the building is occupied
When the management committee takes over the common areas, we clean hallways, stairs, lifts, parking, bin stores and gates on a fixed monthly schedule, with a dated photograph of every area sent the same day. Quoted per building. Communal cleaning →

Prices
Builders cleans from €2.50 per m², with the handover record included. Every building is quoted after we walk it.
