Holiday lets in Paphos, from the harbour to Coral Bay
Paphos lets come in two shapes. Apartments in Kato Paphos, Universal and Chloraka, close to the harbour and the seafront, and villas with a garden or a pool around Peyia, the Sea Caves, Coral Bay, Tala, Emba and Konia. Paphos airport is a short drive from the town, so a changeover can be timed to a guest's flight, and a morning check-out can be turned round for an afternoon check-in.
Between guests, the home has to be ready on time and to the same standard every time. Every changeover we do is photographed and dated when we finish, so you see each room before your next guest does. We work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 19:00, with Saturday changeovers as standard.

Do you do Booking.com and Airbnb changeovers in Paphos?
Yes. We clean between guests for Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo and direct bookings across Paphos. Beds are made, the kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned, the home is reset for the next guest, and every room is photographed with the date and time when we finish. Your own linen is laundered and changed, and if you need us to supply the linen as well, we'll confirm that on your first call. From 20 November, the checkout chores come back to the changeover
Airbnb's new house rules apply to bookings made on or after 20 November 2026. Hosts can no longer ask guests to do tasks that “require significant effort or time”, such as stripping the beds, washing up or taking the rubbish away. Someone still has to do them. We do them at every changeover: beds stripped and remade, the kitchen done, the bins out, and every room photographed with the date.
Airbnb also asks for evidence of when damage happened before it pays a claim. Our dated report records the home just after each guest leaves, in real photographs, which makes it useful evidence to have on file. The claim itself stays between you and Airbnb.

The changeover is one part of what we do in Paphos. We hold keys under our written Keyholding Protocol, on an anonymous numbered tag. In the months your let has no guests, Asset Guard, our monthly key holder visit, walks every room, photographs it with the date, records the water meter and sends you the report the same day. Do you clean on Saturdays?
Yes. We work Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 19:00, and Saturday changeovers are standard. Tell us your changeover days when you book and we hold them for you.

Yes. Same day changeovers are what we do, at no extra charge for a tight turnaround. The home is reset for the next guest and photographed when we finish.
How will I know the clean was done?
Every room is photographed with the date and time when we finish, and the report reaches you the same day, wherever you are.
Do you supply the linen?
We quote changeovers with your own linen, laundered and changed. If you need us to supply the linen as well, we confirm that on your first call.
Do you clean villas in Peyia, Coral Bay and Tala?
Yes. We change over homes of four and five bedrooms and villas with grounds, and every room is photographed with the date when we finish. We quote per home after a short conversation: tell us the town, house or apartment, and the number of bedrooms, and we reply the same day.
Can you look after several holiday lets?
Yes. Single properties are priced per home, and portfolios are priced on volume. Tell us how many lets you have and where they are.
What changes for Airbnb hosts on 20 November 2026?

Letting in Paphos: what the tourism permit asks for
If you let a flat or a villa in Paphos to guests, it has to be registered with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism. The application asks for your tax registration, valid planning and building permits, a Civil Defence fire safety certificate, and your own insurance including fire and civil liability. Our dated photos are your own record of each clean: they hold your standard, and give you a record to point to if a guest disputes the state of the home. Check the current rules with the Deputy Ministry before you list.
