Our insured team checks empty homes, cleans between guests and after builders, holds keys on anonymous numbered tags and attends key handovers in Larnaca, the Famagusta coast (Ayia Napa, Protaras, Paralimni), Paphos and Limassol, with home checks island wide. Every visit is photographed room by room with the date, logged in our own system, and reported to you the same day.

What about the Cyprus Tourism Permit rules?
Registering a self-service property with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism asks for things like tax registration, planning and building permits, a Civil Defence fire safety certificate and your own insurance cover. Our photo record is something you keep for yourself: a dated record of how your property was left after every clean, which is useful for your own standards and for guest disputes. Check current requirements with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism.
Do you clean on Sundays?
Yes. We work weekends: Saturday changeovers as standard, Sundays booked in advance. Saturday check-out and Sunday changeover is the hardest weekend for hosts, so tell us your Sunday dates when you book and we hold them for you.
What languages does Lemons & Linen speak?
Polish and English fluently. Basic Greek and Russian. We answer WhatsApp and the phone Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 19:00, and Sundays by appointment.
What can I expect on timekeeping?
Cleaners arrive within a 30 minute window of the booked slot, and you receive at least 2 hours' notice if anything changes. Every visit is photographed and dated, so you can see what was done and when.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry public liability insurance. The certificate is available on request. It covers damage caused by us and is not a substitute for your own property or contents insurance.

Do you do Booking.com and Airbnb changeovers?
Yes. We clean between guests for Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo and direct bookings in Larnaca, the Famagusta coast (Ayia Napa, Protaras, Paralimni), Paphos and Limassol. Beds are made, the home is reset for the next guest, and every room is photographed with the date and time when we finish. Your own linen is laundered and changed, and if you need us to supply the linen as well, we'll confirm that on your first call. We quote per home after a short conversation: tell us the town, house or apartment, and the number of bedrooms, and we reply the same day.
I live abroad. Who can look after my apartment in Cyprus while I am away?
We can, whether you are in South Africa, the UK, Poland or anywhere else. Our Asset Guard plan is scheduled visits while the home is empty. Our local team walks every room and photographs it with the date and time, records the water meter, and sends you the report the same day. Keys are held under a written Keyholding Protocol. We observe and report: repairs and trades stay with you, and if anything is urgent you are phoned before we leave the property. Key holder visits are island wide. Yes. Three, four and five bedroom homes and villas with grounds, with your own linen laundered and changed. If you need us to supply the linen as well, we'll confirm that on your call.
