Deep cleaning in Larnaca
A deep clean is for a home that needs more than a regular visit: shut up for the summer or the winter, just handed over by the builder, between tenants, or before a sale.
In the kitchen we clean inside the cupboards and the appliances. In the bathrooms we take off the limescale that hard water leaves on taps, tiles and shower screens. In every room we do the skirting boards, doors, switches, window frames and floors, and the dust on top of things that a regular clean leaves alone. When we finish, every room is photographed and the photos are sent to you with the date on them.
A deep clean is priced as an arrival clean by size, from €55 for a studio, plus VAT. A home shut up for a long time may need more than the "from" price, and Jola confirms the price before anything is booked.
House cleaning and regular cleaners in Larnaca
For homes lived in all year, we clean weekly or every two weeks, three hours a visit: €75 a week or €85 every two weeks, plus VAT. Where we can, the same cleaner comes each time, so they learn the home and how you like it.
We speak English and Polish. If you are away for part of the year, the same team does the close-up clean when you leave, looks in while the home is empty with Asset Guard, and does the arrival clean before you come back.
