Many homes on this coast are lived in for part of the year and closed for the rest. A villa in Kapparis or an apartment in Protaras that has stood shut for months gathers dust on every surface, sand in the corners and limescale on every tap. A deep clean brings it back to the way it should be.

We work room by room. In the kitchen we clean inside the cupboards and the appliances: the oven, the fridge and the microwave. In the bathrooms we take the limescale off taps, tiles and shower screens. Everywhere else we do the skirting boards, doors, switches, window frames, the inside of the glass and the floors throughout. A team of two brings the products and equipment.

A deep clean is priced per home after a short conversation, by size and condition. A home closed up for a long time may need more time, and we confirm the price with you before we book. When we finish, every room is photographed with the date.

Arrival and close up cleans

For homes lived in all year, our team comes weekly or every two weeks for about three hours a visit. Where we can, the same cleaner comes each time and gets to know the home. Every visit ends with photos of every room, so the standard holds from one week to the next, and we work in English and Polish.

Communal areas for apartment blocks

For building committees and management companies in Ayia Napa, Protaras and Paralimni, we clean the common areas on a fixed monthly schedule: hallways, stairs, lifts, entrances and parking. After every visit the committee gets a dated photo record of the common areas, so everyone who pays the common expenses can see the work was done. Builders cleans and handovers

Holiday let changeovers

Between guests we strip and make the beds with your linen, clean the kitchen and bathrooms, reset the home for the next arrival and photograph every room with the date.
