  • We collect your keys from the agent, landlord or developer, as arranged.
  • Every room photographed with the date, the water and electricity meters with their readings, sent to you the same day.
  • A deep clean of the whole home.
  • One delivery received or one trade let in, on your written instruction.
  • We meet you at the door on arrival day, or leave the keys as you choose.

Keys to Arrival

For moves with furniture arriving, utilities to connect and a few weeks to organise.

  • Everything in Arrival Ready.
  • Up to 3 deliveries or removals received, unpacked boxes photographed as they arrive.
  • Up to 2 trade visits (AC, internet, locksmith and similar), let in on your written instruction.
  • Electricity, water and internet accounts set up with you, and up to 2 connection visits attended.
  • A short update every week until you land, with photos.

For the first weeks on the island, and every time you travel after that.

  • Appointments booked and attended with you, in English or Polish: the bank, your residency registration, your driving licence and the health system (GESY). The forms and decisions stay yours and your advisers'.
  • Introductions to the people we use ourselves on the ground.
  • Whenever you travel: Asset Guard checks, every room photographed with the date, the water meter read, temperature and humidity recorded, and the report the same day.

  2. We map out who does what. Your lawyer, your licensed agent, your removals firm and us. We introduce independent professionals if you need them.
  3. We take the keys. Every room photographed with the date, and both meters read, sent to you the same day.
  4. We get the home ready. Cleaning, deliveries, trades and utilities, each step photographed, with a weekly update.
  5. You land. We meet you at the door or leave the keys as agreed. Then Asset Guard looks after it whenever you travel.

For lawyers, agents and relocation firms

Your client completes, moves or starts a job in Cyprus, and somebody has to be there for the keys, the clean and the deliveries. We do that part, in English or Polish, and send your client the dated photo record the same day. Partner arrivals are invoiced to your firm. Ask us how we work together.

Do you help me find a home in Cyprus?

Homes are found and let through a licensed estate agent, who handles that side for you, and we can introduce one. Once you have the keys, we take it from there: the dated photo record, the clean and the home ready for your arrival.

Do you handle residency, company registration or tax?

Those are for a qualified lawyer or accountant, and we introduce independent professionals who act for you. We take care of the practical side on the ground: booking appointments, coming with you in English or Polish, and having the home ready.

Can you start before I have bought or rented?

Yes. Send one message telling us where you are up to and when you plan to move. We will tell you what happens next and who you will need.

What happens after I arrive?
