Who we are
Lemons & Linen is a property care and turnover cleaning service based in Larnaca, Cyprus, launching in October 2026. For any data question, we are the data controller and you can reach us at jola@lemonsandlinen.com.
What we collect
When you use one of our sign-up or enquiry forms, we collect only what you give us, which is typically:
- Your name and email address
- Your property type or city (for example, apartment or villa), where you provide it
- Any message or details you choose to send us
We also use basic website analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. This does not identify you personally.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
We use your details only to respond to you, to notify you when a service you asked about is available, and to provide a quote or arrange the service you requested. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing. Our forms and response records are hosted by Google (Forms and Sheets), which processes the data on our behalf. We use no other third parties for your data beyond the tools needed to contact you.
How long we keep it
We keep your details only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them, and no longer than necessary. If you ask us to delete your data, we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email jola@lemonsandlinen.com and we will act promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
Service Terms (summary)
These are the basic terms for our service. Full terms are provided before any booking is confirmed.
- Pre-launch. We launch in October 2026. Prices shown are our published rates and are exclusive of VAT; the exact price is confirmed before any clean or service.
- Show-Up Guarantee. If our team does not attend a confirmed turnover as agreed, our money-back promise applies. Full guarantee terms are provided at booking.
- Reasonable care. We carry out our work with professional care and we carry public liability insurance covering damage we cause. This is not a substitute for your own property or contents insurance.
- Asset Guard. Asset Guard is a monitoring and reporting service. We observe and flag issues so you can act; we do not carry out repairs, and it is not a substitute for your own property insurance. What your insurer requires is yours to confirm with them.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus.
