What every visit in Paphos includes

Eight standards on every clean. They are written into your proposal, and you can check each one in every report.

1

Every room photographed

Each room is photographed the moment it is finished, with the time on the photograph.

2

Every room timed

Your proposal sets the minutes for each room. Your report shows the real start and finish times beside them.

3

Complete only with photos

A visit is marked complete in our app only once every room has its photographs in.

4

A report the same day

Approved by Jola and in your inbox the same evening, or before your first appointment after a morning clean.

5

The same named cleaner

One named cleaner, with one named cover, at the same fixed slot before you open or after you close.

6

Keys and alarm logged

Key collected, alarm unset, alarm set, door locked: each one written into the record with its time.

7

Confidential papers untouched

Patient notes, files and post stay exactly where you leave them. We clean around them.

8

Products named in writing

Your written method names every product we use and where it is used, agreed with you before the first visit.

One number, one person. Jola answers +357 95 914 874 herself, in English or Polish, and approves every report before it reaches you.

Who we clean for in Paphos

Buildings where the clean has to happen around patients, clients and confidential work, and where someone has to be able to show it was done.

Medical practices and GP surgeries

Consulting rooms, reception, waiting areas, patient toilets and staff rooms, cleaned clean to dirty with a cloth colour for each zone. Your practice manager sees every consulting room on the record the same evening.

Dental practices

Surgery rooms photographed one by one, the waiting room and patient toilets timed, and the clean done after the last patient, so the first patient of the morning walks into a fresh practice.

Physiotherapy and treatment clinics

Couch frames, handles, exercise areas and changing rooms, with the touch points named for each treatment room.

Veterinary practices

The waiting room and consulting rooms every visit, floors cleaned by method, and anything we notice recorded for the practice.

Law firms and accountants

Discreet out of hours cleaning by the same named person, papers left exactly where they lie, and keys and alarm on the record, so you can see who was in and when. If your firm uses its own confidentiality form, we sign it.

Offices and business centres

Single offices, business centres and shared workspaces: common parts on a schedule, tenant suites as you need them, and a record the building manager can share with tenants.

What is included in an office or clinic clean

Every building gets its own room list at the walk round. A typical clean in Paphos covers:

Reception and waiting areas

Counter and desk tops, glass screens, phones and card machines, chair seats and arms, side tables, leaflet racks, door handles, push plates and switches, bins emptied and relined.

Consulting rooms, surgeries and offices

Door handles on both sides, light switches, desk tops, chair arms, couch frames and legs, sinks, taps and splashbacks, the outside of dispensers, and general waste bins.

Kitchens and staff rooms

Worktops, sink and taps, fridge door and handle, the outside of the kettle and microwave, tables and bins, on their own cloth colour.

Toilets and washrooms

Toilets inside and out, seats and flush handles, washbasins, mirrors, locks, grab rails and pull cord handles, with their own cloths and mop heads.

Floors, last in every room

Vacuumed at the edges, then mopped with a neutral floor cleaner. Toilets have separate mop heads.

Things we notice, recorded

An empty dispenser, a dripping tap, a blown bulb, supplies running low: photographed and listed for you.

How a visit works, from the key to the report

  1. Arrival

Key collected, alarm unset, the time logged. Every room is walked before we start, and anything out of place is noted before we touch it.

  2. Clean to dirty

Reception and waiting areas first, then consulting rooms or offices, then the kitchen, then the toilets, with a fresh cloth for every consulting room.

  3. Touch points by name

Each room has its own list of touch points, ticked off in the app as they are done. Surface disinfectant stays on the surface for the contact time on its label.

  4. Photographs

Each room is photographed when it is finished, and the room closes in the app once its photographs are in.

  5. Lock up

Every room walked again, lights off, alarm set, door locked and key returned, each with its time on the record.

  6. Your report

Jola checks and approves it, and it reaches you the same day. Anything urgent is phoned through before we leave the building.

The record your practice receives

Every report shows when we arrived and when we left, each room with its start and finish time, the touch points cleaned, the products used, anything we noticed for you, and a timed photograph of every room.

It is yours to keep, and to show to your doctors, your colleagues or a patient who asks how the practice is cleaned.

Out of hours, keys and alarm

We clean before your first appointment or after your last one. We agree a fixed slot with you, early morning or evening, on the days you choose, and the same named cleaner comes at that time every visit, with one named cover who knows your building.

Keys are held the way you choose: a key safe, a key held by us, or collected and returned. Every key collection, alarm unset, alarm set and lock up is written into the visit record with its time, so you can see exactly who was in your building and when.

Confidential papers, patient notes and post stay where you leave them. Desks are wiped around documents, and keyboards are left alone if you ask.

It starts with a walk round

Office and clinic work is priced after we walk the building, because the rooms, the floors and your hours set the time on site.

1

We walk the building with you

We count the rooms, note the floors and touch points, and ask about your hours, keys, alarm and any instructions your practice gives its cleaners.

2

You receive a written proposal

The room list with the minutes for each room, the written method with the products named, the visit pattern, and the price per visit and per month with VAT shown.

3

You choose the start date

We hold your slot, and your first report arrives the same day as your first clean.

Office and clinic cleaning in Paphos: common questions

How much does office or clinic cleaning cost in Paphos?

We price each building per visit after we walk it with you, because the number of rooms, the floors and how often we come set the time on site. Your written proposal shows the minutes for every room and the price per visit and per month, with VAT shown.

Do you clean medical and dental practices in Paphos?

Yes. Consulting rooms, surgeries, reception, waiting rooms, patient toilets and staff areas are cleaned to a written method: clean to dirty, a cloth colour for each zone, touch points listed by name and floors last.

Can you clean before we open or after we close?

Yes. We agree a fixed slot with you, early morning or evening, on the days you choose, and the same named cleaner comes at that time every visit.

Will the same cleaner come every time?

Yes. Your practice or office has one named cleaner and one named cover who knows the building, so the person holding your keys is someone you have met.

How do we know the clean was done?

Every room is photographed and timed on every visit, and the visit is marked complete only once every room has its photographs in. Jola approves the report and it reaches you the same day.

Which parts of Paphos do you cover?

Kato Paphos, the town centre, Universal, Chloraka, Kissonerga, Peyia, Coral Bay, Geroskipou and Tala. We also clean offices and clinics in Larnaca.

Who do we call if something needs changing?

Jola, on +357 95 914 874, in English or Polish. She answers her own phone and approves every report before it is sent.
