Every booking starts with a baseline visit: a full dated record of your home as it is today, so every report after it has something to compare against.

Why the winter months matter here. Most of Larnaca's rain falls between November and March, with the most in December and January. An apartment closed up in October sits through all of it with the windows shut, which is exactly when damp and musty rooms show up. Why the water meter matters here. Most Cyprus homes store water in tanks on the roof, and supply on the island can be interrupted. Water in Larnaca district is billed quarterly, so a slow leak can run for weeks before a bill shows it. We photograph your meter on every visit and set it beside the last reading. In an empty home the reading should stay still; a moving meter is treated as urgent and you get a phone call from the property.
