Holiday-let cleaning on the Famagusta coast
The Ayia Napa and Protaras coast is a summer market. Most bookings fall between May and October, and Saturday changeovers stack up back to back. Many lets here are villas with pools in Pernera, Kapparis and Protaras, or apartments a short walk from Nissi Beach and Fig Tree Bay, which means sand in every room and more linen on every changeover. We come up the coast road from our Larnaca base, so we group visits by area and agree the time window with you.
Outside the season the same homes stand empty for months. We do the close-up clean when the last guests leave in autumn, and the arrival clean before the first ones of spring, with every room photographed and dated each time.

Do you do Booking.com and Airbnb changeovers?
Yes. We clean between guests for Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo and direct bookings in Larnaca, the Famagusta coast (Ayia Napa, Protaras, Paralimni), Paphos and Limassol. Beds are made, the home is reset for the next guest, and every room is photographed with the date and time when we finish. Your own linen is laundered and changed, and if you need us to supply the linen as well, we'll confirm that on your first call. We quote per home after a short conversation: tell us the town, house or apartment, and the number of bedrooms, and we reply the same day.
On the coast most lets sit on Booking.com and Airbnb at the same time, so we work from your booking calendar, whichever platform the guest used.

Do you clean on Saturdays and Sundays?
Yes. Saturday changeovers are standard, and Sundays are booked in advance. Tell us your Sunday dates when you book and we hold them for you.
Can you clean between a morning check-out and an afternoon check-in?
Yes. Same day changeovers are what we do, at no extra charge for a tight turnaround. The home is reset for the next guest and photographed when we finish.
How will I know the clean was done?
Every room is photographed with the date and time when we finish, and the report reaches you the same day, wherever you are.
Do you supply the linen?
We quote changeovers with your own linen, laundered and changed. If you need us to supply the linen as well, we confirm that on your first call.

Villa lets on the Famagusta coast: the tourism permit
Villas and apartments on the Famagusta coast that are let to holidaymakers must be registered with the Deputy Ministry of Tourism. It asks for tax registration, planning and building permits in order, a fire safety certificate from Civil Defence, and insurance in your name covering fire and civil liability. A dated photo of every room after each changeover shows how the villa was handed to each guest, so you have your own record of each stay. The Deputy Ministry holds the current list.
