Asset Guard

Care while the home is empty

Every scheduled visit includes:

  • Every room walked and photographed
  • The water meter read and photographed
  • A check for leaks, damp, and that doors and windows are secure
  • A dated photo report sent the same day, wherever you are
  • A phone call before we leave if anything needs a decision
  • Keys held on anonymous numbered tags, locks changed at our cost when we take them on
  • Trades met at the property on your instruction

It starts with a Baseline Visit: a full dated record of the home as it stands today, so every later report has something to compare against. After that, visits weekly, fortnightly or monthly. You choose.

Cleaning

Ready before you arrive, put right after you leave

  • Builders' finish clean before handover, with dated photographs of the condition on the day
  • The home cleaned and aired before you arrive
  • Cleaned again after you leave
  • Changeover cleaning with linen for homes that are let
