Every scheduled visit includes:

Entrances, stairways, lifts, parking and pool surrounds, on the schedule the committee sets. The same photo record applies: every visit dated, so the committee can see what was done from wherever they are.

We look after the building. Your committee keeps the account, the fund and the lettings, exactly as now.

End of season, end of tenancy, and before a sale

A deep clean at the end of the season, after a tenancy, or before a property goes on the market. The kind of clean a property needs once or twice a year, done in one visit with the record to show for it.
